Download problems

Hello,

I have a Sony vaio computer and i'm having trouble downloading anything from the internet. Once istart to download something it gets to 98% or 99% and then just stops. It never finishes, does anyone know how to fix it, please.

Option 1:

Reset your browser,delete temporary internet files and cookies

Option 2:

Try to download using a different browser.if that works possibly issue is with the browser

option 3:

Disable your antivirus and check if you can download

Run a full scan with this

Remove infections and see if it works
