Hi jakir_kpi,
You should try uninstalling/installing the Universal Serial Bus Controllers from device manager and see if the issue still persists. Follow the steps below to uninstall Universal Serial Bus Controllers:
1. Click Start.
2. Type Device Manager in the search box.
3. Select Device Manager from the search results.
4. Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
5. Right click each component under Universal Serial Bus Controllers and then select Uninstall.
6. Once all of them are uninstalled, restart the computer.
7. Try connecting the USB pen drive now and see if they are detected.
