Hi Sahil
First of all, a download manager is not necessary and the best download manager must be purchased. Your Google Chrome can do the job quite nicely.
Second if you go to our Download section (Click on download tab), you will find hundreds of software to download depending on your need. Many are freeware and some are shareware (to be purchased to use).
