HELP! Restore Toshiba laptop!!

Hi Everyone!!

I have a Toshiba Laptop Satellite C855D-S5235. I know it has a virus and I know it needs to be completely restored to factory settings. Can anyone help me do this without a disc!! I called Toshiba and they would fix it over the phone for 129! No way! Thanks in advance!

Thank you Ambucias. I have tried the first method involving the 0 key and it has not worked. I will try the burning the program now. Can I use another toshiba laptop it is a satellite l655-s5150 to burn the program and have it work for mine. Hope so

If you talking about Windows, no, but the recovery partition may be.
