Hello,

i try to go the my block email and get this message back (That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account.)

Most probably you entered a wrong email when signing in or when making a account just make a new account.

Thats not a smart response. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Obviosuly people are going to make sure that their log in info is correct before taking the time to research and post questions here.
