Windows7 screen displaying blank with mouse cursore

Hello,
My Laptop (Lenovo think pad T61) , when start my laptop logo's everithing will display except monitor screen. My laptop screen remain Black blue screen with mouse cursor. Pls help me to fix this issue as soon as possible. Am so panic..

pls whenever you experienced such a problem just know that you are using an ingenue window, you just need to re-install a new window, trust me u will not loose your files if only u did not delete the hard disk partition or format the hard disk while installing a fresh window. And after installing the window, go to the control panel and turn-off the windows update to avoid reoccurring of the blank screen.
