DNS not responding.

Hello,

I'm using HP stream and my DNS is not responding. I've tried restoring my laptop and also tried changing properties of my wireless connection. The problem is with my laptop. Because internet is working on all other devices. I've also tried these commands on cmd:
netsh int ip reset log.txt
netsh winsock reset catalog
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
net use /delete

Kindly help me ASAP. As I have a lot of pending assignments to complete :(
