Err probe finished no internet - Help please

Hello! I've asked this question on another android forum but had no luck, hopefully I can get some help on here! So my friend has an android tablet which keeps getting this message and can't connect to the internet (despite being connected to wifi - it won't work with either her wifi nor mine so it's a problem with the tablet not the router) so she has asked me for help. I knew about this problem because another friend had the same problem on his PC and I fixed it changing the dns address to 208.67.222.222 / 208.67.220.220. But the problem is, I've already tried this on the tablet, along with every other solution I could find on the internet, and I'm still having the same issue. My friend knows very little about computers so I have to fix it myself. Could anyone help me out please?

Android! Don't know about the specifics. Anyway I finally gave up and just did a factory reset... I wish I hadn't needed to do that but at least it's now solved, and I really had tried all the options I could find on the internet, and no one was answering my question so. Thanks anyway!
