If you tried two computers. then it's has probably failed and needs to be replaced.

Hi Thukten,
Have you checked in Disk Management? Does the drive appear and does it have a drive letter and a file format? If there is no letter assigned, try to assign one. Sadly, if the drive is not working on two or more PCs, there may be some problem with it. Do you have valuable data on the drive?
