Ibuypower computer monitor shows no signal

HELP Hi I have a ibuypower cpu and when I start it up the monitor shows no signal, also when I plug in any of my gaming keyboards or mouse even my headset they will not light up or anything, I'm pretty sure it is the motherboard counting that the usb slots do not work, just need to be sure anything helps

HOw long ago did you buy it? Did you build it too? Check your cables. Does the monitor work with anything else?

I bought it in October and did not build it the monitor does work with anything else I plug it into
