Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron all in one desktop. My Daughter changed the password & now I can not get into it. The computer was given to me as a gift from an ex friend & it was a used computer so it didn't come with anything other than the computer it's self an extra mouse & keyboard incase the touch version stops working I would like to know how I can factory reset the computer so I can got into it. I am a stay at home mother of 3 little girls & the computer is for my schooling & now I am behind in work due to this issue. I have tried to push the f8 button but it is not working please give me some answers

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
