OK, so why are you trying to get into the BIOS?
Allow me to expand on my answer.
You should know the procedure to log into those types of machines!
If you have just purchased that machine, take it back and try to get your money back. I say try, because my trick elbow is telling me that this machine was purchased out of the back of a truck!

I agree ! And they go cheap ! Sometimes they come from not from a truck but a car's passenger seat.
