Hello!

I have an acer aspire 5538. My case is: i turned on my unit but my screen is dead with no light at all, but the power light is perfectly well, the hdd light that indicates thee hdd is running is not flashing. I tried to connect to an external monitor but nothing appears. I also tried to flash the zg5ia32.fd bios but nothing done well. Help me!!!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
