The application offers different types of sessions guided by experts to treat all kinds of problems related to stress, anxiety, depression and sleep issues. You can choose the topic you would like to focus on, the duration of your session (usually 5 minutes, as the app is aimed at busy people) and the type of meditation you would like to do.
