Hi I have an Asus laptop I was listening to music and it randomly turned off all the lights at the bottom were off so I knew it wasn't because of low battery however I charged it all day and it still doesn't work I tried holding the power button down 30 seconds but nothing happens please help me fix it before my mom comes home or I'm dead.
