My Acer laptop keyboard does not work anymore

My Acer Aspire ES1-731 laptop keyboard does not work anymore...
Only an external usb keyboard does work...

How can I solve the problem ?

It might be a loose connection. Take it to a qualified technician if you have never opened up a laptop before!

Just have them push the connectors back into the slots. I do not recommend taking anything out. Make certain the connectors are "locked" (pushed down all the way).
