Lenovo laptop nothing works

Hello,

My lenovo laptop wouldn't turn on so had to take out battery and put it back in. Now when I turn it on I'm ableto log in but nothing works after that, just frozen on the desktop. Can anyone help please?

Hi, It seems your laptop battery is about die and needs replacement.
