My Pc is HP 650 with windows 8.1 after installing a particular driver, Ralink network driver which I got from HP.COM. My PC just restarted like three times itself, and it didn't boot. I tried booting still no luck. the power button shows light but the computer is not booting, fan is not running nothing nothing. After pressing the power button, the light stay for about 5 sec and the light went off. please how can I rectify the problem

Hi
Is this a laptop?
What is your operating system?
What was the particulate driver?
Where did you get the driver from? (be specific)

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

Sir, it won't boot on safe mode either. Computer won't even make a sound as if there is no power supply but the power button light appears and disappears after a while that's all the computer does.

Looks like a power supply issue to which only a qualified technician can look into.
Sorry
