Can't access google account & internet

My Lenovo smartphone is connected to our home WiFi I can't sign back in to my google account after I reset my phone it was working 3days ago it suddenly stop accessing internet that's why I did a reset to my phone but when I use public WiFi it can access my email account but can't access google play store is there any solution to fix the problem

So public wifi you can access your email, but not play store?
