Laptop is stuck on the Acer loading screen

Hello,

My laptop is stuck on the acer loading screen and wont go any further
I reset my laptop lastnight and feel asleep because it was taking long forgot to leave it on charge and it was flat this morning now wont turn on just stuck on loading screen what can i do

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
