My Acer Aspire ES14 won't go pass the loading screen!!

I need help. I recently installed an 8gb ram into my laptop, it was installed by a professional in the shop, so no problem there, i think. I hope.
But when i didn't see my newly installed ram listed in my laptop, i googled for a way to rectify that situation.
And after that i changed my advanced system settings, unchecked the recommended settings and checked the one with the 'best performance' instead. Then i restarted my laptop and problem occurred. It won't go pass the acer loading screen with the small dots spiraling. It went on like that since last night. I tried the safe boot path, the automatic repair, etc. But it said that the repairing has failed. I tried resetting and restoring the system, and again, it failed. It also said that my laptop is not correctly restarted or something like that. I'm at my wits' end with this. HELP ME PLEASE. thank you.
