When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

My mobile number that i used is now blocked so i dont have anymore access and the email address that i used is the same as my yahoomail account ..and i dont remember my secret question

If your recovery address is the same as your account the reset code will be sent to the account you are trying to recover.
