Facebook hacked and my email and name were changed

Hello,
My daugher's FB account was hacked. The perpetrators changed the name and the email associated with her FB account. Yesterday, I was still able to view her account, but this morning we are not able to view anything. She has tons of pictures and videos of her barrel races that she cherishes and really just wants them back. Since being hacked, she has created a new FB account. None of the FB help links are helping. Someone, please, help. Thanks
