Can't access Gmail account

OK I changed my number but forgot my password I answers as of the questions they emailed me the code by it still tells me it cannot access my account and I really need to get into that email..will u pls help me

When you created the account did you register a recovery email address?

Hello, I hope whoever reads this message is well!  I’ve been experiencing an issue since before Christmas and I have no idea what to do. When opening Instagram the app, it always tries to get me to update my email address. After doing the app states I won’t have access to some settings for a few days. This has been going on since December, I’ve tried updating my email address on multiple devices to no avail. (See photos) Any guidance/help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
