Hi

I don't think that your ram is the issue, most likely your CMOS battery that needs to be replaced.

See this article:

Hi

Your ram seems okay, you should now look at the Video card/chip failure. Since you can't run the Dell Diagnostic, I suggest you consult a technician.

Good luck

Ok Sir. Thanks for your support. nearly how much cost it will be in india and how much time it will take for resolve the issue sir? Chip failure means only video card failure or entire motherboard failure sir? Please let me know sir.

Thank you sir.

No, it's not the entire motherboard.

I don't know about the cost or time it all depends on the repair shop.

First, ask for a diagnosis to ensure that I am correct then ask for an estimate on the time and cost.

Today I went to the technician He confirmed that My laptop is having Video card issue.
then he is saying that, "we will rectify the problem then it will work. If the same problem repeats means we cant do anything," like that technician is saying sir

Hi

I strongly suggest that you get a second opinion from another qualified technician, the one you consulted doesn't seem to be sure of himself.

Don't tell the second the technician about the video card, just tell him that your laptop is not starting and tell him about the beeps. See what he says after he examined your laptop.

It's a lot of worry and trouble for yourself...sorry

Not at all sir. I am very grateful to you. Because I am troubling you every time.

And one more thing he(Technician) is saying that " again if same problem arise means the entire board will gone" like that he is saying sir. thats why i am asking you.

1) Any problem will happen to my motherboard board if they change means the vedio
card/ chip from the mother board?

2) vedio card is inbuilt on motherboard or it will attached to board like PCI slot like desk
top?

3) My laptop model is DELL i5 1464. is it good model or worst?

4) Spares are available now for it?

I am fully confused sir.. Reaallyy you are helping me soo much.. Thank you soo much Sir. Tell me your advice..

Thanks & Regards

Thank you
I have just realized, you are correct, it has an inbuilt (integrated) video card.

It's very difficult to replace those chips and the entire motherboard might need to be replaced.

I don't know how old is your laptop but it just may be much more advantages for you to purchase a new system than having the one you have repaired.

All laptops with integrated (built in) video or sound cards are not advisable. They have a lifespan, that mean that after a certain time, they are programmed to fail to make you buy another.

I would look into HP

Good luck
