When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
Do you always access your account from the same device (your phone)?
Is your page presently online for everyone to see? If yes, Is there anything that was change in the content?
Did you create your account with your phone or from a computer?
Is there an email registered with your account or just a phone number?
When you created your account, have you used your full real name?
This is just a start.

Well, considering I would have actually read your problem if you used proper punctuation, I really believe that you are the one who is TROLLING. Perhaps had the proper PROTOCOL been used, I might have gone ABOVE what would have been needed (pointing you to some link). But as it was communicated, it WAS exhausting just to read, let alone google some facebook support page for you!

So, you are 1 user of how many? What if took 15 minutes to fix 1 Users problem (yours)? You are at the end of the line, because this Product has alot of people who it doesn't work for! Just stay with me. There are .1% of the users who are having the same issue as you. How many people are .1% of the product you are asking for help from a THIRD party for?
What is .01% of the subscriber base, and how long in days will it take to get to you?

I don't think my account was hacked. I was able to change my password. They just won't send me the text message with my code. And they have the right number

Facebook never fails sending a code, actually it's a URL link. The code is always sent to the email address or phone number you use to login. It's just that you can't find it.

I've checked all my email folders and my text messages. Not one is from Facebook. Is there anything else I could possibly do?

Well, since you don't believe me when I suggest that your account was hacked then, there is nothing else that can be done to recover your account. You must now go on with your life without Facebook.

Lets recapitulate.
1. Facebook asked you to enter in a 2 Factor authentication code and it says that it's going to send it to your phone.
Why?
2. You never received any code to your phone nor to your email.
3. The next thing is that Facebook tells you that you have entered to many codes, but you never received any.
Now, who on earth would have entered so many codes if not you?
Is this a Catch22 situation ?
Has someone changed your recovery phone or email or did you? Perhaps you have tried to login from a different device than usual.
As far as I am concerned, Facebook does not have a 2 factor authentication, usually the account is disabled and identification papers are requested.
Messenger is an application within but separate from a Facebook account.
The conclusion of this saga is left up to you.
