Toshiba Satellite755 laptop keyboard will not respond to typing

Hello,
Touchpad still works, but the alphabet and number keys do not respons with typing, but rather respond by jumping to other pages or files. This started to happen in the middle of using the laptop. Any assitance would be helpful.

You need to have the keyboard replaced.
