One internal speaker is not working on my ASUS laptop

Hello,

I just bought a laptop ASUS X556UQ-DM480T, Intel® Core™ i7-7500U up to 3.5GHz, 15.6" Full HD, 8GB, 1TB, NVIDIA GeForce 940MX 2GB, Windows 10, and one internal speaker is not working. When I check the sound for the left speaker the sound came out from the right one, but with lower volume than when I check directly the right one. Do I have a problem with the driver or the left speaker is broken?
