Pendrive attrib command window access denied message

Hello,
Can you please help me? I plugged in my pendrive to my laptop and it was showing only 1 folder when it earlier had way more. I googled the problem and tried an attrib command in run and then the names of all my missing files showed up and it says Access Denied next to each of them in the command window. When I open my pendrive once again, it only shows that 1 folder. Please help, I have no clue what to do.
