Lenovo N22 Keyboard Issues

Hello, my problems seem to occur randomly but consistently. Suddenly, when I begin to type any character, my start window pops up, or the search window, or characters no longer appear on screen. I am forced to reboot and reset everything but the problem reoccurs within minutes. I have reset to factory settings and when I open the onscreen keyboard it is not functional after the problem has started. I only use this notebook for work and have never downloaded anything "fun" or not work related. I am so frustrated, I am done with Lenovo and will probably just throw this out.

Any ideas? Thank you, help.
