Toshiba laptop BSOD

My Toshiba laptop showing blue screen when I turned it on, so I tried re-installing windows again but it didn't work when re-installing the windows symbol will show then for some few mins a blue screen saying an error occurred your computer needs to restart. Now after the restart it's no more showing the initial blue screen but black screen with a dash at the top left corner, i tried re-installing the windows again after the windows symbol it returns to the black screen. Please I need your help.
