Reset Your Password
- Go to https://mail.yahoo.com/ in your web browser and click on "I can't access my account".
- Choose "My account may have been compromised" and then click Next.
- Enter your Yahoo mail ID. Then fill up the captcha code & click Next.
The next step will depends on your recovery options -
- If you have set an alternate e-mail address, then you will be asked to type your alternate e-mail address.
- Upon entering the correct alternate e-mail address, you will be sent a reset- password link on your alternate e-mail address.
- If you still cannot access your mail account, get in touch with Yahoo Customer Service.
