Computer turns on automatically with no display

My computer turns on automatically when i connect it to the power source, i mean i dont have to press power button its start up when i connect it to power source. And no beep sound & no Display is coming.

Desktop or laptop? The power button is stuck in the "in" position!

This is Desktop. And I have unplugged the power (switch )cable from motherboard after this same thing happen
