I am having problems trying to get my laptop to run. The power cord tested good but the battery light is orange and start button lights up. I've got a black screen and computer stops. Fan doesn't run and hard drive doesn't boot. Can't figure this one out.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
