Dell laptop not showing any display

Hello,

I am having a Dell laptop studio 14. The laptop is not showing any display . I tried the f8 method but no use. I also tried pressing D but no use. I can here the fan sound and volume up down sound. I tried connecting to vga but it is not responding. It is not showing anything. Please help me with this. Thanks in advance

To troubleshoot the issue and pinpoint the problem, try an external monitor and tell us if you get a display.

Hi Ambucias,

Thank you for your reply. I tried connecting to an external display but did not work (no display)

Oh Oh! The problem is much more serious than I had hope for.

Try to re-seat your graphic (video), like remove it and put it back in. If that fails then you will need the send your machine to a repair shop for examination.

It did not work. I have to visit a repair shop.:-(
