Can't open files on hard drive?

Hello,

i have mac and i have connected my hard drive to it and i figured all the files in my hard drive transfromed to .ink and i can't open it ,, any help please ?

You need some middle ware that can read an NTFS formatted disk.

I am assuming you have an NTFS formatted disk.
