connect charger to laptop charge 30 minutes and then try to power on. Do you find any system beep or noise when you try to start laptop. Remove battery from backside and then clean connector point of battery on pcb then reinsert battery again and remove ram and reinsert it. Does any light blink when you start laptop. explain more about your problem.

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
