Dell Inspiron black screen

Hello,

My Dell Inspiron 5000 series shows a black screen on switching on. I gave it to a repair center recently for this problem. But when I collected it back the problem was still there even though they reset my windows 10. What do I do? What problem could've occurred?

send it back since then didn't fix the problem.

It's impossible for us to determine what they did wrong.
