I've been trying to get on my account for a couple months now and can't because I don't have the same phone number anymore and I lost my recovery email password as well. Will you please help me? Thank you for your time!

Hello, 

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code? 

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

I know I made a security question but it doesn't ever ask me that, I can't access my alternate email nor do I have the same phone number anymore. I haven't been on my account in at least 4 months. I desperately need to access my account can you please help me? Thanks again!!
