Ok, close down the phones hotspot. Destroy the WIFI on the tablet. restart the hotspot, and have the table re-query for the hotspot. I am certain the credentials between the two devices have expired, and you just need to re-create the connection. The two devices are trying to connect with the expired creds! Post back!
