Sims 4 super slow [Closed]

Hello, i have a problem with my game since that i've installed the add on "cats and dogs" , my game is super super slow and my sims aren't moving or living anymore.
My problem isn't coming from my "personals downloads" because the game isn't working as well when i moved them out.
