Acer laptop not working properly

Accidentally I pressed functional Key along with f4
Then onwards my Acer laptop not working properly and in Google Chrome a tool bar is appears then my for two to three minutes My system is not working
How could I resolve it?

F4 is a function key! (F=function) Look at your keyboard, there is no such key as fn.

What combination of keys have you pressed?
