Email Access Recovery Options Not Working

Hello,
Please assist me. I have not used my email account since 2013 but I do remember my password. Unfortunately I have changed phone numbers and can't remember my password to my recovery email. I have tried to buy back the number from the mobile agent but it's been deleted from their network. I need to access my email urgently. Can you please advise.
