Keyboard wrong character

Hello,

I'm want to ask something, my acer laptop keyboard problem is when we press the button/key, it come out with wrong character. For example, when we press key zero (0) it come out with 0= or when we press key backspace it come out with ===
What are the solution? And i'm already clean up the keyboard.
