Shift Key enters "=" and ".\" symbols! HELP!!

I'm not sure if I accidentally pressed something that made my keyboard like this but everytime I press shift, it enters "=" or ".\" instead of capitalizing letters. When I also press capslock, there is a sound coming out and I can't capitalize any letters. I tried looking for a solution on the internet but no luck! HELP PLEASE!

Yes this is a laptop. another thing is, when i press the capslock key, it becomes a down arrow, it scrolls down any page i'm on instead of capitalizing.. Help me please

What if you try to use an external keyboard, does the problem persists?

everything is fine when I use an external keyboard. I have a feeling that there might be something wrong with my laptop's keyboard, but I don't even know what to do.

Yes, your laptop keyboard must be replaced.

I see, I guess that's inevitable. Any ideas on how much I need to spend on getting my laptop keyboard replaced? THe brand is ASUS btw.
