MY WIRELESS CONNECTION WONT CONNECT

Hey guys...my wireless connection says that it is connected and the signal strength reads excellent but when i click on internet explorer or search for a webpage i get "Internet Explorer can not display this webpage" ive checked wires and ports and also my IP adress and it is all what it is supposed to be...WHAT DO I DO?!

You are connecting wirelessly from a router, You just had to put the wep key in your wireless network settings! or else you wont be able to connect to the internet!
