Yahoo email is locked and i dont know the security answers

I bought a new iphone and tryed to do a back up
But once i put my yahoo apple id on the iphone the account had been locked
I tried sever times to unlovk it but its not working
I dont have access to my yahoo email address
I know the right passwords but i dont know the answers of the security questions
Please help what should i do
How can i contact someone from yahoo to help

Hi

Yahoo does not use security questions anymore, they no longer work.

When you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive an account key?
