RCA Tablet Provider network?

Hello,

I notice I cannot use a SIM card, how do I go about marrying it up to network provider? Do I need a network provider? I only got this tablet to play ingress on it, if I cannot take it away from WiFi then this tablet doesn't make sences for me personally? Am I missing something? Please help I have 30 fays to return it.

What make and model tablet do you have. Without a SIM card you can't access a phone network.

Rca t6703w121& rct6703w131 and thank you. This is stupid, I have 100 devices I can use with wifi I need a tablet to data Minutes to take outside. This sucks, no, no SIM card, SD card yes but no SIM. Thanks.
