Hello , I accidentally switched off my Lenovo laptop Ideapad 500s while it was updating and now it won’t work , it shows the Lenovo sign and then a blank screen this has been going on for hours . It says attempting to recover installation . Please help as I have all my documents and pics in the laptop I don’t want to loose them

A PC repair shop can remove the hard drive and copy your documents. Then they can reinstall Windows and copy back the data.
