I need help logging onto my computer

Hello,
I did everything that was said. I pressed F8 and clicked on safe menu and it brought up this little box that said choose one so i chose adminstrator but it asked me for a password and i didnt know i needed a password. So im asking what do i do to be able to log onto my computer since i dnt know the password to the adminstrator acount and since i have forgot my actual log in password? can you plz help me?
